Encouraging start to the tournament for Novak Djokovic, whose level of play against Muller was remarkable, understanding that he must improve in efficiency when seizing break opportunities. He will have to do so if he wants to avoid issues against his next opponent, who is arriving with great confidence and will seek all kinds of tactical tricks to prevent the Serbian from being comfortable and continuing his path towards one of the greatest feats in sports history, as he aims for in Wimbledon 2025.
Regarding Daniel Evans, it is important to recall that although his current ranking is beyond the top 150, he is a player who has managed to reach the 21st place and secure significant victories, such as the one against Djokovic himself a few years ago in Montecarlo. His grass court tennis is very natural, thanks to his sliced backhands, good touch, and clarity in volleying. He arrives in good form and will try to deliver a big surprise.
