The return of Serena Williams heats up: Will she play the grass tour?

For several months now, there have been rumors about the possible return of Serena Williams. The latest rumors suggest that the American has requested wildcard entries for the Queen's, Berlin, and Wimbledon tournaments. It seems likely that she will team up with Mboko for doubles at Queen's and there is a possibility of seeing her compete in singles at the other events. This way, one of the biggest stars in women's tennis would make her comeback to the courts a couple of years after retiring.

Here’s what’s been rumored:

• Serena has been requesting grass wild cards (Queen’s Club, Berlin, Wimbledon)
• Serena/Mboko doubles at Queen’s Club
• singles and/or doubles at each event
