One of the most important moments of the tennis season is here. The Grand Slam season concludes with the US Open 2025, an event where Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner arrive as top contenders in the men's draw, while Aryna Sabalenka and Iga Swiatek do in the women's draw. It will be two weeks of show in Flushing Meadows, the epicenter of the world's sports, so it is necessary to know in detail the schedule and timings of the tournament.

The first important point to highlight is that, as in Melbourne and Paris, the New York event will start on a Sunday. It will be on August 24 when the yellow ball starts flying over the skies of the American city, with the first round being held over three days. The density of matches to be played, spread over three days of competition, makes it easier for fans to follow.

Another key aspect to clarify is that Sinner and Alcaraz, just like Sabalenka and Swiatek, will not compete on the same day until the semifinals, as they walk on opposite sides of each other's draw. Each day will start at 11:00 local time, that is, 17:00 in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, with a night session at Arthur Ashe Stadium and Louis Armstrong Stadium formed by two matches starting at 19:00 local time, translating to 01:00 in Spain. The women's semifinals will take place on Thursday, September 4 in the evening session, while the men's semifinals will be on Friday, September 5; the first starting at 21:00 in Spain, and the other not before 01:00.
