This is the curious calendar of the tournaments in Canada and Cincinnati, without playing the finals on Sunday
The pace at both circuits is dizzying, as evidenced by the fact that in just twelve days, the first Masters 1000 of the North American hard court tour begins. The women in Montreal and the men in Toronto will kick off the tournament on Sunday, July 27, with the final scheduled for Thursday, August 7. In Cincinnati, the schedule of competition days is also interesting, starting the first round of both final draws on Thursday, August 7, while the finals of the Canada tournaments are in progress, and ending on Monday, August 18.
Canada - Sunday start (main draw); Thursday (!) final.
Cincinnati - Thursday start (main draw starts on the same day as the Canada final); Monday final. https://t.co/TJGoPbuqyF— José Morgado (@josemorgado) July 15, 2025
