Buenos Aires and Rio switch from Alcaraz to Zverev for 2025
For the 2025 edition of the Argentina Open and the Rio Open, Argentine and Brazilian fans will not be able to enjoy Carlos Alcaraz this time. After two consecutive editions, the Spanish player will not participate in this South American clay court tour (plot twist excluded), and the tournament organizers have quickly moved to replace the Spanish star. In this case, they have signed Alexander Zverev. Surprisingly, the German will participate in this tour in 2025 in Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro after competing in Australia earlier in the year.
