Medvedev se souvient de Nadal dans ses plaintes à Lahyani : "Toute ma vie je l'ai attendu en servant"
Daniil Medvedev continues to turn his matches into a real rollercoaster. This time, in the midst of the round of 16 match at the ATP Shanghai 2025 against Learner Tien, the Russian received a code violation for not being ready on time to return his opponent's serve. After losing the second set, Daniil briefly clashed with Mohamed Lahyani... and mentioned Rafael Nadal as an example of what, according to him, is not right. "All my life I played against Nadal and waited 55 seconds for him to be ready to return. He never received a single violation. Today, at the first opportunity, you give it to me. I always waited for him to be ready to serve, and you never gave it to him. You are completely crazy." Another one from the Mad Daniil.
Medvedev, to Lahyani:
"I played against Nadal and I waited 55 seconds for him to serve, and you never gave him a warning. Today, at the slightest pretext, you give it to me.
