Sinner is the 13th player to reach the finals of Indian Wells and Miami in the same season

Jannik Sinner is just one win away from consecrating himself with a historic Sunshine Double, becoming the eighth male tennis player to achieve this. What he has already accomplished is to become one of the 13 players to reach the final in Indian Wells and Miami in the same season. Before him, Agassi, Edberg, Courier, Chang, Sampras, Rios, Federer, Djokovic, Roddick, Murray, Nadal, and Medvedev did the same.

📊 They qualified for the finals of Indian Wells and Miami in the same year (1990-2026):
▪️ 1990: Andre Agassi 🇺🇸 (🥈🏆)
▪️ 1990: Stefan Edberg 🇸🇪 (🏆🥈)
▪️ 1991: Jim Courier 🇺🇸 (🏆🏆)
▪️ 1992: Michael Chang 🇺🇸 (🏆🏆)
▪️ 1994: Pete Sampras 🇺🇸 (🏆🏆)
▪️ 1995: Andre Agassi… pic.twitter.com/l5dyAa3JCj
