Admiration for Carlos Alcaraz transcends sports. After his nomination for Sportsman of the Year at the Laureus Awards, the Murcian received praise from Real Madrid player Jude Bellingham. In a video shared by the organization, the English footballer recalled how he watched the Roland Garros final against Sinner with his national team colleagues. “There were like 30 or 40 of us around the TV watching him. It's wonderful how he plays, his fierceness, his quality,” he remarked. “He has a perfect balance of everything you need at the highest level. When he gets on a streak, you can't beat him, and he's also a great guy.”
