Ferrara, about Sinner: "Thank you for your trust and for the beauty of this shared journey"
Umberto Ferrara, physical trainer of Jannik Sinner currently and also during the doping case, shared a reflective message through his social media as a season closing: "I have been involved in sports for many years, but I will never cease to be amazed by its beauty. Sports are commitment, dedication, and sacrifice, they are emotion, smiles, and tears, victory and defeat, joy and disappointment, comparing yourself to others, the desire to improve, the ability for analysis, and faith in work. It's enduring through dark moments that leave you with a difficult pain to process, but it's also believing in the possibility of getting back up and starting anew with enthusiasm."
It's difficult to sum it all up in a single post. This season (which began with collaboration with Matteo, whom I thank from the bottom of my heart) has given me countless unforgettable moments that I've been fortunate to share with a fantastic team. Thanks to all of them, but above all, thanks to Jannik for his trust and for the beauty of this shared journey.
