Sara Sorribes returns with a victory more than 200 days later

Today has been a very special day for Sara Sorribes. After overcoming one of the toughest periods of her life, leaving behind a depression that forced her to step away from competition, the Spanish player returned to the court with a victory against the Brazilian Ce (6-2, 6-3) at the WTA 125 de Colina, closing a chapter that made us all suffer when we learned about her situation. A victory that will be counted as one more in her record, but in her heart, it will represent an absolute triumph of this new Sara that we were all eager to see again.
