This is what Vacherot will do with the money earned in Shanghai

His life changed drastically less than a week ago, but Valentin Vacherot already knows what he will do with the $1,124,380 earned from his victory at the ATP Masters 1000 Shanghai in 2025. In addition to gaining peace of mind, he is clear about how he will use the money. "The money I've won is the last thing I've thought about these days, but everyone reminds me of it. In any case, I've already told my parents to come with me to Melbourne for the 2026 Australian Open, and I will continue investing in my tennis training, bringing members of my team to tournaments, and approaching what's to come as a second part of my career," explained the Monegasque.

Valentin Vacherot says he will take advantage of his newly-gained financial stability to fly his parents to the Australian Open for the first time 🫶

He will also invest his Shanghai earnings in himself as 'a second career is starting.'
