Still a few days away from the start of the competition and without knowing yet which team will win this eighth edition of the Laver Cup, we can say that Joao Fonseca has already found the reason why this trip to San Francisco has been worth it. The Brazilian, one of the main focuses of attention in the tournament, where he will debut at 19 years old, fulfilled a dream this Tuesday by meeting one of his idols: Roger Federer. This is how his meeting with the Swiss, one of the main promoters of the event, came about, always close to future promises since his retirement. Fonseca's face says it all; fifty years will pass, and he will still cherish that moment within.
