Thiem, about his finals with Nadal at Roland Garros: "I knew during the warm-up that I was going to lose"
Dominic Thiem has just turned 32 and gave an interview to a Youtube channel. In it, he made several headlines, but one of the most interesting was when he revealed what he felt when facing Nadal in those two Roland Garros finals, in 2018 and 2019. "When they started introducing Nadal while we were warming up, every year they would mention that he had been the champion and the crowd would go crazy... I knew I had already lost. It is one of the worst sensations I have experienced in my life," said the Austrian.
