Despite her 23 double faults, Gauff prevails over Collins

Not one, not two, not three, but 23 double faults is what Coco Gauff committed in her debut at WTA Montreal against Danielle Collins. However, the Roland Garros champion managed to win an evenly matched three-set duel with a victory of 7-5, 4-6, 7-6(2), after two hours and 56 minutes of play. Despite surpassing her own double faults record of the year, surpassing Atlanta's, she is now in the third round and will face Veronika Kudermetova.
