Machac and his curious accusation to Sinner: "You break my rackets"
Even though he ended up defeated, Tomas Machac made sure to leave iconic moments in his semifinal clash at the ATP Shanghai 2024 against Jannik Sinner. Between points, the Czech would approach his bench to change his racket, all the while accompanying this situation with some unique comments towards the Italian: "You play very fast, the exchanges are very quick, and you're breaking my racket." Sinner approached not fully understanding, but later closed the conversation with an apology.
"You play too fast" 😆
