Djokovic is already preparing for his assault on the Shanghai tournament
Novak Djokovic will return to compete in the most important Chinese event of the calendar five years after last doing so. The Serbian player has a record of 34 wins and 5 losses, with four titles under his belt, and has marked this ATP Masters 1000 Shanghai 2024 as his last official tournament for this season, barring any surprises. He is already preparing diligently to arrive in the best possible shape, and many have been surprised to see him still wearing protection on the injured knee from Roland Garros.
